Long Island Weddings
The vendor directory

Long Island wedding vendors, verified.

We verified 218 Long Island wedding vendors by reading each one's own website, not a marketplace storefront. 34 of them publish a rate. Where a vendor prints a price we print it and say where it came from; where they do not, we say not published. 72 vendors have a full profile with packages, fees and the questions to ask.

How a vendor gets on this list

Every name here has a working website that we read on 3 September 2026. We took facts from that site first: base town, service area, packages, fees, deposits, delivery timelines, and the Long Island venues their portfolio shows. Where the site prints nothing, we checked The Knot and WeddingWire and labeled anything we took from there as marketplace sourced. We did not copy a sentence from anyone.

Vendors with enough published detail to fill a page got a full profile. The rest are listed with one factual line and a link to their site. Nobody paid to be here, and nobody can pay to move up the list. A vendor can claim a listing free to correct a fact; a Featured placement, when we sell one, is labeled where couples can see it.

What we leave out on purpose

No star ratings. No review counts. No “top rated” badges. Those numbers are gamed on every platform that carries them, and they tell you nothing about whether a photographer charges for a second shooter or a florist has an $8,000 minimum. The facts we print are the ones you would otherwise have to email six vendors to get.
