Long Island Weddings
Budget, with labels

Affordable Long Island wedding venues, with every number labeled

The lowest per person figure in our research is $69 plus tax and service at the Mansion at Timber Point, and it comes from Wedding Spot, undated. The lowest figure any venue prints on its own site is $99. Coindre Hall in Huntington shows it on Lessing's venue page and Stonebridge in Smithtown on a secondary Lessing's domain; Windows on the Lake in Ronkonkoma shows it for open 2026 dates. Each sits ahead of a 22% administrative fee and sales tax. Every number on this page is one of those two kinds, first party or marketplace, and each is labeled. Where a venue publishes nothing, we say so.

Affordable on Long Island starts near $99 a head, and that is before the fee

There is no published Long Island average to measure against. The Knot's 2026 study gives New York State $49,000 and New York City $88,000, both marketplace figures, with no Long Island line. The Wedding Report's 2026 Long Island estimate, also marketplace and built on 75 guests, runs $45,173 to $55,211 with the venue line at $12,740 to $15,571. Those are the only yardsticks.

So the useful measure is the per person quote at the halls that will state one. In our research that floor sits at $99 to $129, nearly always followed by two plus signs. On Long Island, ++ means an administrative or facility fee, most often 22%, and then sales tax on top of the fee. Zola puts service charges and gratuities at 18 to 22% of vendor costs, a marketplace figure that matches what the Suffolk halls print.

Thirteen venues with a per person figure under $130, and who published each one

Timber Point in Great River carries the lowest number: packages from $69 per person++ on Wedding Spot, undated. The Knot lists $10,000 starting there, and the venue's own site prints no price. Flowerfield in St. James shows $75 to $170 per plate on longislandcateringhalls.com, a third party directory with no date on the page; its own site could not be reached. Navy Beach in Montauk shows $80 per person and up on Here Comes The Guide, plus a 20% administrative fee.

Westbury Manor is the cheapest Nassau figure we found: $85 to $171 per guest on Zola, and $95 off peak (January to April) or $118 peak on WeddingWire. Three Village Inn in Stony Brook has an $86 per person micro wedding on Eventective, plus a $900 garden rental, against $120 for a peak Saturday on Wedding Spot.

Three venues print $99 themselves. Coindre Hall shows it as a starting per person price on Lessing's own venue page, with no season attached; Wedding Spot says $135 for a peak Saturday. Stonebridge shows $99 on a secondary Lessing's domain with no context at all. Windows on the Lake shows $99 to $129 for open 2026 dates and January to March 2027, plus 22% admin fee and tax. Lombardi's on the Bay in Patchogue matches the $99 on Zola for off peak dates, $139 peak.

Just above $99: the Crescent Beach Club in Bayville at $100 off peak and $125 peak on WeddingWire, or $124 with a $12,500 minimum spend on Zola. The Cradle of Aviation at $110 starting on WeddingWire. The Long Island Aquarium at $114.95 off peak and $124.95 peak on WeddingWire, and on its own site $8,995 plus tax for a 50 guest package in the Sea Star Ballroom. The Inn at New Hyde Park at $120 to $130 on WeddingWire and $135 to $165 on Zola; Wedding Spot has $140 for an off peak Saturday.

January and February 2027 are the only dates with a first party discount in print

Watermill in Smithtown prints $13,000 for 100 guests in January and February 2027, plus a 22% facility fee and New York State tax. Additional guests are $130++ on the venue's page and $125++ on Here Comes The Guide; we print both. East Wind in Wading River prints packages from $13,995 and an Estate winter package at $15,995 for 100 guests, plus 22% and taxes, for the same two months per Here Comes The Guide. The Vineyards at Aquebogue has a winter package for 100 guests from $17,995, December 2026 to March 2027, Fridays and Sundays only, on Here Comes The Guide.

The Meadow Club in Port Jefferson Station prints $16,995 plus tax for its all inclusive package on select dates through March 2027, with no guest count stated. On the East End the discount is in the rental. Sparkling Pointe's 2026 to 2027 packet prices a winter weekday at $3,000 against $16,000 for a summer Saturday. Brecknock Hall in Greenport is $8,300 off peak and $9,600 peak on WeddingWire, which also lists a $25,000 all inclusive package for 82 guests or fewer, November to April. The Ram's Head Inn drops from $7,000 to $3,000 on WeddingWire once June to September is over.

The calendar behind this is public. The state's 2022 table puts January at the bottom of the year in both counties, 392 ceremonies in Nassau and 333 in Suffolk. A hall with an empty January is a hall that will print a price.

Eight venues print their own fee on top of $99, and marketplaces name two more

Eight venues state an administrative fee on their own pages. Fox Hollow in Woodbury: 22% facility fee plus sales tax, with the FAQ adding that there is no service charge. Watermill: 22% facility fee, which the venue says is neither a gratuity nor distributed to staff. Coindre Hall, Stonebridge and the Vineyards at Aquebogue, all Lessing's houses, print 22% plus tax and call it something other than a gratuity; Coindre's menu suggests $3 to $5 per guest for the maitre d' on top. East Wind: 22% on its winter package. Windows on the Lake: 22% plus tax. De Seversky Mansion: 21%, which its FAQ says does not reach the service team. Two more are marketplace figures, Harbor Club at Prime at 22% and Navy Beach at 20%, both on Here Comes The Guide.

Then the fees around the fee. Ceremony charges on WeddingWire run $500 at the Cradle of Aviation and Danfords, $1,000 at Leonard's and the Inn at New Hyde Park, $2,000 at Riviera and Flowerfield, and $5,000 at Gurney's. Wedding Spot lists valet at Coindre Hall and Three Village Inn as a minimum of three attendants at $125 each. Oheka charges $500 to approve an outside vendor, on its own FAQ. Navy Beach adds a 4% fee on credit card payments, on its own site.

A $5,000 barn is cheap only until you add the kitchen

The George Weir Barn at Caumsett rents for $5,000 through the Lloyd Harbor Historical Society. That is first party, and it buys a 40 by 55 foot barn with a legal capacity of 146, no heat, and a requirement that the renter supply a portable bathroom, insurance and security. Salt Air Farm in Cutchogue prints $1,500 for an elopement of up to 12 guests and $3,000 for up to 25, then $25,000 for a micro wedding of up to 50 with tents included and catering not listed.

Old Westbury Gardens charges $1,000 for a ceremony of up to 50 guests in a 9 to 10 AM slot, on a rate sheet that predates 2026 and offers no reception. Planting Fields prints ceremonies from $2,500 and receptions from $15,000, with seated dinner in the Great Hall capped at 80. The Vanderbilt Museum in Centerport is $20,000 for ceremony and reception with taxes and administrative fees included, one Saturday a week from mid May to mid October. Every one of these needs a caterer; the vendor directory has the list.

The biggest halls in Nassau publish nothing, and here is where we looked

Leonard's Palazzo publishes no price on its FAQ; marketplaces split between $12,000 starting (The Knot, WeddingWire, Zola) and $14,740 for 100 guests (Wedding Spot). Crest Hollow's FAQ says pricing varies. Jericho Terrace gates its 2026 pricing guide behind a lead form, leaving PartySlate's $129 per guest estimate. Riviera Waterfront Mansion gates its brochure the same way; WeddingWire's $35,000 off peak and $44,000 peak are event totals before fees and tax. Oheka is $78,953 for 200 guests on Wedding Spot, $85,000 off peak and $115,000 peak on WeddingWire, and $85,000 on The Knot and Zola, with no per person figure. Topping Rose House and Wölffer Estate print no money figure of any kind, and Raphael's site blocked us outright.

Every figure on this page is on the venue’s own page on this site with its label and the date we read it. Marketplace numbers are vendor entered “starting at” figures and move without notice. Nothing is averaged.
