Navy Beach

Bay-side Montauk restaurant with parties right on the sand at sunset.

BeachRestaurant

Navy Beach sells a season, not a room, and in 2026 that season opened on 24 April. The restaurant sits at the end of Navy Road on Fort Pond Bay with 200 feet of private beach in front of it, and for about four months a year it is one of the best places on the East End to get married with sand under everybody. Outside those months there is nothing to book. Start with the calendar.

The 2026 calendar is the actual constraint

Navy Beach reopened for 2026 on Friday, April 24 at 5 p.m. Their own announcement lays the ramp-up out precisely: Fridays at 5 and weekends at noon to start, Thursday dinner from May 15, Monday lunch and dinner from May 25, then seven days a week for lunch and dinner from June 19 through Labor Day. A late-September date here is a conversation, not an assumption.

No packages, and one fee worth asking about

The events site says plainly that there are no standard wedding packages and that each event is built around the client’s budget. That cuts two ways. Nothing is off the shelf, and nothing is published: no capacity, no food-and-beverage minimum, no site fee appears anywhere on navybeach.com.

One number they do publish is a 4% processing fee on credit card transactions. Ask whether it applies to the event balance, because four percent of a Montauk wedding is a real line item.

Navy Road runs into the Port Royal private community, and the restaurant offers complimentary valet on the busier nights. Your guests will need it. Put the parking instructions in the invitation rather than in a group text the morning of.

This is an unclaimed listing. If you run Navy Beach, claim it free to add your photos, capacity, packages, and pricing, and sit at the top of Montauk.
