Sag Harbor 122 foot event yacht

122' Hamptons Event Yacht (Winslow Marine Rail Yacht)

Four hours on this boat is $14,000 and eight hours is $19,000, first party, and the operator itemizes both. The four hour price splits into $11,370 for the vessel and $2,330 for services, the eight hour price into $15,536 and $3,164. Minimum booking is four hours and capacity is up to 85 guests with two captains and two crew. Almost nobody in this category prices to the dollar in public.

The only real weather policy in the category

This operator publishes what almost no other Long Island vessel will put in writing. It does not set sail if a small craft advisory has been issued, or if it is raining, or if rain is imminent. The call is made roughly two hours before departure, and inclement weather permits a rain date. That single paragraph answers the question couples ask most often. Read it next to the cancellation terms, because full payment is due at booking and there are no refunds except for inclement weather, with a complimentary date change only at 90 days or more.

Read the itemized price twice

The page prices vessel and services separately, then states that the price excludes fuel, staffing and gratuity. Those two statements sit awkwardly together, because services is already itemized at $2,330 on the four hour package and $3,164 on the eight. Ask what services covers and what fuel and staffing will add on top. Duration options run four hours at 10am to 2pm or 3pm to 7pm, six hours at 11am to 5pm, eight hours at 10am to 6pm, and a sunset cruise from 6pm to 9pm.

Catering is entirely yours, and the ceremony is unaddressed

Food, beverages and alcohol are all bring your own, first party, with catering referrals available separately through the operator. Ice, bottled water and three bathrooms come with the boat. What the wedding and event page never addresses is the ceremony itself. No ceremony provisions, no officiant guidance and no ceremony amenities are described anywhere on it, which for a page sold as a wedding yacht page is a gap worth raising on the first call. There is also no inspected vessel claim here, only a statement that all boats will be captained by a USCG licensed captain.

One operator, three domains, three copyright years

Hamptonsboatrental.com, yachthampton.com and hamptonseventyacht.com carry overlapping vessels, different prices, different seasons and copyright years of 2023, 2024 and 2026 between them. They are one operator with named hulls. Establish in writing which page's terms govern your contract, because the season on one page ran to 30 October 2024 while another runs 1 May to 15 October with no year given at all. Neither is a usable 2026 season.

Ask before you book

  1. What exactly does the itemized services line cover, and what do fuel and staffing add on top?
  2. What are your actual 2026 sailing dates?
  3. May we hold the ceremony aboard, and where on the boat does it happen?
  4. Which of your three websites carries the terms that govern our contract?
  5. What is the certificated passenger number on the Certificate of Inspection?
