Sag Harbor 85 foot event yacht

85' Hamptons Event Yacht (Hamptons Party Yacht 85')

Four hours is $9,500 and eight hours is $14,000, first party, and the operator breaks both down. At four hours that is $4,200 for the vessel, $5,000 for services and $300 for crew; at eight hours the vessel line rises to $8,700 with the same services and crew figures. Capacity is 80 people on 85 feet and the minimum booking is four hours. That separate crew line is the most granular price disclosure we found anywhere in this category.

The cheapest per head large yacht in the Hamptons, on published numbers

Eighty guests at $9,500 for four hours is the lowest published cost per person of any large Hamptons yacht in our set, and that comparison is possible only because this operator publishes at all. Most Long Island vessels over 50 passengers publish nothing. The caveat is the copyright line on this page, which reads 2023 and is the oldest of the operator's three domains. Verify that $9,500 and $14,000 still stand for a 2026 date before you build a budget on them.

Bring your own caterer and your own alcohol

Food, beverages and alcohol are all yours to supply, first party. The operator's exact position is that you may bring any food or drink you wish, with catering available separately through its own services arm. Among Long Island vessels over 50 passengers that is unusual, because the larger boats almost all run in house catering and an in house bar. It gives you control of the menu and the wine. It also hands you the logistics of getting all of it to a Sag Harbor dock on time.

A licensed captain claim, and nothing about the hull

The page states that all boats will be captained by a USCG licensed captain, with captain and crew included in the quoted price, first party. That is a statement about the people running the boat. There is no inspected vessel claim on this page or its sister pages, and no Certificate of Inspection number appears, even though 80 passengers requires an inspected vessel. No certificate is public for any Long Island boat. Ask for this one, read the passenger figure and read the permitted route.

The cancellation terms are strict and the weather clause is the good news

There are no refunds on cancellations. A free date change is available only at 90 days or more before sailing. Against that, the operator publishes the clearest weather rule in the category. It will not sail if a small craft advisory has been issued, or if it is raining, or if rain is imminent. The call comes about two hours before departure and a rain date is permitted. Read both clauses together before you pay, because a no refund rule changes what a weather call actually costs you.

Ask before you book

  1. Are the $9,500 and $14,000 figures current for 2026?
  2. What is the certificated passenger number on the Certificate of Inspection?
  3. What are your 2026 season dates, given that your pages disagree?
  4. What does the $5,000 services line include?
  5. What are the dock rules at 51 Pine Neck Avenue for loading a caterer and a band?
