The second is that the Centereach company runs its own floral design and tent and event rental arms. Pricing is by request; WeddingWire lists a starting figure.

Partial Planning adds vendor recommendations and proposal procurement, plus rehearsal management. Full Design and Planning adds invitation help, RSVP tracking, room blocks, and deposit and payment tracking. Custom packages are available. On the day, every tier gets a lead planner and an assistant, which matters for a tented or raw-space event where someone has to be in two places.
Bleu Sparrow also sells in-house floral design and tent and event rentals, and it lists tented and raw-space events as a specialty. For a backyard or farm wedding, one vendor handling the tent, the tables and the flowers can shorten the vendor list. It also concentrates risk in one contract, so ask how the planning fee and the rental and floral quotes are separated. Corporate and nonprofit events are also listed.
No prices appear on the weddings page we read. WeddingWire lists $3,950 starting; that is a marketplace number and the site does not say which package it maps to. Service covers Long Island, the Hamptons and New York City, with out-of-state available. Tented or raw-space wedding, one office coordinating planning, floral and rentals: that is the case for calling. An independent planner who referees your florist and rental company is a different purchase.
Two months out is when the planner steps in on the tier Rita Ellis calls 2-Month Management, a middle rung between day-of coordination and partial planning.
Planning fees run $25,000 to $50,000 and up, and the wedding budget tiers the site lists start at $200,000 and climb past $700,000.
10 hours is the day-of cap on every tier below Full Service, and Partial Planning does not begin until three months before the wedding.
