The traditional booth costs $850 on LI Sound DJ's pricing page. That covers an attendant and dual 2x6 photo strips, and every print also goes home on a flash drive. Props are not included; they are a $100 add-on. The Bohemia company also sells a $495 audio guest book, delivered as a digital download plus a heart-shaped USB and a vinyl record, and a ring-light GLO booth at $1,295.
lisounddj.com/pricingThe traditional booth's $850 buys the attendant and dual-copy 2x6 strips; all prints also go on a flash drive. Props cost $100 more. That is unusual; most booth companies fold a prop bin into the base rate. The pricing page also does not say how many hours the $850 buys, which is the first thing to pin down. A promo code, LI100, is posted on the same page for $100 off, so ask if it applies to the booth alone or only to a DJ bundle.
For $495, guests pick up a phone and leave a recorded message. LI Sound DJ delivers the results as a digital download, a heart-shaped USB and a vinyl record keepsake. That is a more physical deliverable than most audio guest book vendors offer, and it is priced separately from the booth.
The ring-light GLO booth is priced at $1,295 and sends photos, videos, GIFs and boomerangs straight to guests' phones. It is the option for couples who want content shared during the reception rather than a strip in a purse. The company's core business is DJ entertainment, and the booth is offered bundled with DJ packages, which may be where the real discount lives.
Two-hour rentals start at $350 for the Roaming Booth, $400 for the Selfie Booth, $525 for the 360 Video Booth and $700 for the Premium Booth, all listed on LI Fotobooths' own site.
A 360 booth from PhotoTek needs a 10 by 10 foot space, 8 by 8 at minimum, and a single 110V outlet within 25 feet.
Typical Long Island rentals run $1,200 to $2,000, according to JJ Pixx's own page, with the total depending on duration, booth type and customization.
Standard booths run $700 to $1,200 and up, 360 booths run $900 to $1,500, and a wedding booth is $700 to $1,200, according to the FAQ on Long Island Photo Booth Rental's site.
