The published bundles are all frame tents. The 15 by 15 is $379 and seats 24 at 4 round tables. The 20 by 20 is $429 and seats 32 at 4 rounds. The 20 by 30 is $499 and seats 48 at 6 rounds. Each bundle also includes one banquet table. Those are small-gathering sizes; the 48-chair bundle is the largest one priced. Larger high-peak frame tents go up to 20 by 60, and standard frame and pole tents run 20 by 20 to 20 by 40, but those are not packaged with prices on the page.

Sidewalls, lights and heaters priced by the line

Add-ons are listed separately. Sidewalls or globe lights are $60 to $100. Heaters are $100 to $150. Tax and delivery are on top of everything, and the site says offers cannot be combined. The company also rents linens in 58 colors, dance floors, stages, cooking equipment and inflatables, so a backyard wedding can be sourced from one truck.

Have the yard ready when the truck arrives

The install terms say a clear, unobstructed setup area must be ready at the time of installation. That means the lawn mowed, the cars moved and the sprinkler heads flagged before the crew shows up. It sounds obvious. On the morning of a wedding it is the kind of thing nobody owns, so put a name next to it.
