Nothing we could reach confirms that Crestwood Manor is currently taking weddings. In its favour: live 2026 listings on The Knot and WeddingWire, and a Yelp page updated in November 2025. Against it: the venue's own domain failed on every attempt we made on 10 September 2026, and it surfaces in search only through its own 404 page. A 2019 LoopNet listing had offered the property for sale as a turn key catering business, though that listing is now marked no longer advertised.
There is no first party data of any kind in this record, because the venue's own domain would not load for us on 10 September 2026. That includes the two best facts here, the no site fee claim and the one wedding at a time claim, both of which come from WeddingWire rather than from the hall. No price appears anywhere, in any form. A hall charging no site fee is charging for something else, and that something else is a per head package nobody has published.
We tried three paths on the venue's own domain, then read The Knot, WeddingWire and a 2019 LoopNet commercial listing on 10 September 2026. Checked September 2026. Operating status rests entirely on third party listings, the venue's own site could not be verified, and current ownership is worth a hand check before this hall goes on a shortlist.
Three things point toward an operating hall. The Knot and WeddingWire both carry live listings for the 2026 season, with room counts, inclusion lists and enquiry forms attached. A Yelp business page shows a November 2025 update. And the WeddingWire listing carries operational detail, including a no site fee position and a one wedding at a time claim, which is the kind of thing a venue supplies rather than a platform invents.
Three things point the other way. Repeated requests to thecrestwoodmanor.com and its www variant failed on 10 September 2026, with robots fetch timeouts and a server error. The domain appears in search results only through its 404 page, which is what you see when a site has lost its content but kept its DNS. And there is a 2019 LoopNet commercial listing offering 1036 Fort Salonga Road for sale as a turn key restaurant and catering opportunity.
The LoopNet listing is the weakest of those three, and we want to be fair about it. It is dated 6 June 2019, it is marked no longer advertised, and a property that was for sale seven years ago may simply have sold to an operator who kept running it. It is not evidence of a current sale and we are not presenting it as one.
What we will not do is convert a broken website into a closure, or convert two marketplace listings into a confirmation. Both moves would be guesses. So the honest position is that Crestwood Manor may well be open and taking weddings, and we could not confirm it from anything we could read.
The most concrete description of this property comes from an unlikely place: a commercial real estate listing. It puts the building at 1950, two storeys, approximately 9,700 square feet, with marble floors, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor patio, bridal suites and 47 parking spaces.
That listing is from 2019 and we are labelling it stale, because a building can be renovated, subdivided or refitted in seven years. Square footage and parking count are the least likely details to have changed, and they are useful. A hall with 47 marked spaces and a 200 plus guest capacity is a hall where parking is going to be tight, and that is a question worth asking before you invite 240 people.
No founding year for the catering business is published anywhere, no architect, and no estate history. The building is 1950 and everything else about its past is blank in the public record.
The two most attractive facts in this record come from the same source. WeddingWire states that the venue hosts only one wedding at a time and that it charges no site fee for either ceremony or reception. The Knot separately describes one wedding per day with dedicated service.
Both are worth having. On Long Island the alternative is common enough to be worth naming: a hall with two ballrooms and a shared lobby, where your guests queue for the same coat check as somebody else's sweet sixteen. A venue that runs one event at a time is selling you the whole building for the evening, and it usually says so loudly.
The catch is the sourcing. Neither claim is confirmed by Crestwood Manor, because Crestwood Manor's site could not be read. A marketplace listing is filled in by the venue at some point and then left alone. So a one wedding at a time claim on a listing is a claim about a policy that was true when somebody typed it. Verify it on the phone and get it into the contract.
The 2019 commercial listing describes a second floor piano bar with a balcony. For a hall of this size that is an unusual feature, and it changes the shape of an evening if it survives.
Most catering halls of roughly 9,700 square feet are a single ballroom with a cocktail room attached and a lobby between them. A second room upstairs with its own bar and a balcony gives you somewhere for a smaller ceremony or an after party. It also covers the part of the night when half your guests have gone home and the rest want to keep going. It is also somewhere for a bridal party to be out of sight without being in a corridor.
WeddingWire counts three event spaces at this address, which is consistent with a ballroom, a cocktail room and an upstairs bar, though nobody names them. The Knot lists indoor and covered outdoor spaces, dressing rooms and on site accommodation. No room names, no square footage per room, and no floor plan is published by anybody.
The Knot places the venue in a 201 to 250 guest band. The 2019 commercial listing said the property could accommodate up to 325 guests at a single event. Both figures are printed here, and neither is adjusted toward the other.
They are also answering different questions. A commercial listing is selling a building's maximum occupancy to a buyer, and a wedding listing is describing a comfortable seated dinner with a dance floor. Those two numbers are almost never the same, and the 2019 figure is stale on top of that.
The practical read is that this is a 200 to 250 guest hall for wedding purposes. If your list is 280, do not plan against the 325 figure without a current, written confirmation from the venue and a floor plan showing where those tables go.
There is no per person figure for Crestwood Manor on The Knot, on WeddingWire, on Yelp or in the 2019 listing, and the venue's own domain could not be loaded to check. No food and beverage minimum. No guest minimum. No service charge percentage, no maitre d' fee, no bridal attendant fee, no administrative fee. No end time. No rain policy.
A hall that charges no site fee is charging for something else, and that something else is the per head food and bar package. So the single number that would let you compare Crestwood Manor to anywhere else on this site is the exact number nobody has published.
WeddingWire does list what is included, which is useful in the absence of a price: cake cutting, dessert, servers, a wedding cake, event planning, get ready rooms, cleanup, barware, china, flatware, glassware, linens and a chocolate fountain. That inclusion list implies in house catering. It is not a substitute for a rate.
A public Facebook page for the venue exists and would be the obvious place to check current status by hand, along with a phone call. Both are worth doing before this hall goes anywhere near a shortlist.
