Corey Creek tents up to 100 guests, which makes it one of the smaller vineyard rooms on the North Fork, and it comes with a hard stop: all music off by 11 PM under local ordinance. Bedell Cellars owns and runs it, and every policy published for this property sits on Bedell's site rather than a Corey Creek one. There is no in house kitchen. Couples hire from an approved caterer list, and that caterer supplies and serves the alcohol. Bedell wines are exclusive on site, with a 15% discount for events.
Bedell publishes an unusual amount of policy and no site fee, which inverts the normal problem. You can find out the hours, the capacity, the caterer rule and the wine rule before you call, and you cannot find out what a Saturday costs. The only per person figure in print is the $15 non alcoholic beverage package, and it is not a wedding rate.

Every term here comes from Bedell's site and some of it is written for the Bedell pavilion rather than the Corey Creek tent, so confirm which rules apply at Corey Creek before booking.
Corey Creek has no standalone wedding site. It is marketed through bedellcellars.com, and the FAQ, the weddings page and the heritage page there are where the terms live. Bedell is the operating winery and Corey Creek is the smaller sister property.
That has a practical consequence. Every rule below is a Bedell rule, written for a business with two sites, and some of it is stated in the context of the Bedell pavilion rather than the Corey Creek tent. Confirm which terms apply at Corey Creek specifically.
The street address is the clearest example. Bedell's own pages print the Cutchogue winery at 36225 Main Road. No Corey Creek street address appears on any first party page we read, so we are not printing one.
The winery states it has no in house catering. Couples must hire from its approved caterer list, and all alcohol has to be supplied and served by one of those approved caterers. That is a tighter rule than approved vendors alone, because it puts the bar in the caterer's contract.
Bedell wines are exclusive on site. The winery publishes a 15% event discount on them. Custom wine labels and favour bottles are not available, which is worth knowing if that idea is already on your list.
So there is no venue per person rate to compare against other North Fork properties. Your food number comes from an approved caterer, your wine number comes from Bedell at a stated discount, and the site rental sits underneath both.
The FAQ sets a minimum six hour venue rental. It gives weddings Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11 PM and Sunday from 2 to 8 PM. It states that all music must be off by 11 PM under local ordinance.
An ordinance is not a policy the winery can waive for a good customer, so treat 11 PM as fixed and plan the timeline backwards from it. A 5 PM start with an 11 PM stop leaves six hours for a ceremony, a cocktail hour, dinner and dancing.
The Friday and Saturday windows are stated in the context of the Bedell pavilion during its May to early October season. Ask whether the Corey Creek tent runs the same hours, because a Sunday 2 to 8 PM window is a different wedding from a Saturday evening.
The capacity split is clean and first party. Corey Creek tents up to 100. Bedell seats up to 200, a figure the winery repeats on its weddings page. Choose the site by headcount before you choose it by view.
The FAQ also states there is no minimum guest requirement, and that the winery welcomes functions of all sizes. On the North Fork that is genuinely useful. A 40 guest wedding is not a problem to be negotiated around here.
No dollar food and beverage minimum is published either. The one figure the winery does print is a $15 per person non alcoholic beverage package covering beer, soft drinks, mixers, ice and water. That is a beverage rate rather than a wedding rate, and it should not be read as one.
The FAQ says ceremonies are included in the site rental and that a six hour minimum applies. It never says what the site rental costs. No marketplace listing we checked fills the gap either.
That is the number to ask for first, by day of week and by month, and in writing. It is also the number most likely to have moved since the FAQ was last edited, so ask what year the figure you are given belongs to.
No service charge, administrative fee or tax handling is published for weddings. With an outside caterer running the food and the bar, most service charges will sit in the caterer's contract rather than the winery's, which means you have two documents to read rather than one.
The pavilion at Bedell runs May to early October. Outdoor events run through October. Indoor events are available year round, so a winter wedding is possible at the winery even though the tented Corey Creek space is a warm weather proposition.
The site also references an event closures document covering September and October 2026, affecting tasting room access on event dates. If you are choosing an autumn Saturday, ask how that interacts with your booking and with your guests arriving early.
Ownership is documented on the heritage page. Kip and Susan Bedell planted the first vines in 1980. Michael Lynne bought the winery around 1999 and 2000, and Ninah Lynne has owned it since his death in 2019. Corey Creek's own founding year and acquisition date are not published there.
