The Incorporated Village of Lake Success owns this club, and its wedding business is run by an outside operator, the CulinArt Catering Collection. Hold onto that, because it is the reason a village owned club takes public bookings at all. No first party page we read states a membership or a sponsorship requirement, and the event enquiry form asks no membership question. The ballroom is stated at over 300 guests on the club's own About page, with floor to ceiling windows onto the lake and the golf course. Every price on record is a marketplace figure, and three of them disagree.
Three marketplaces publish three different site fees for this club and none of them is the club's own figure. The Knot starts at $20,000, WeddingWire says $25,000 peak and $20,000 off peak, and Eventective gives a $7,500 to $75,000 range too wide to plan against. What the club does publish first party is worth more than any of it: one event at a time, and a ballroom over 300. Treat everything with a dollar sign here as a marketplace estimate until CulinArt puts a number in writing.

All published pricing for this club is marketplace sourced and three sources disagree, and the club should not be confused with the separate private Lake Success Golf Club.
The club belongs to the Incorporated Village of Lake Success. Its event business is operated as a public facing catering brand, the CulinArt Catering Collection, part of CulinArt Group. The venue's official event website is a CulinArt microsite, which is why the URL looks nothing like the club's name.
That structure is the answer to the membership question. A member run club schedules outside weddings around its members. A contract caterer sells dates. The venue's own site carries an open two step enquiry form covering weddings, corporate events and bar and bat mitzvahs, with no membership field anywhere in it. The club is also listed for public booking on The Knot, WeddingWire, Zola and Eventective. No first party page states a membership or sponsorship requirement for events.
We checked the venue home page, the weddings page, the About page, the contact page and the Village of Lake Success welcome PDF looking for a gate, and did not find one. If you want it belt and braces, ask the CulinArt sales office to say it on a call: no membership required, no member sponsor required.
The Knot lists a $20,000 reception starting price plus an $1,800 ceremony fee, names May, June, September and October as peak, notes that starting prices exclude service fees, taxes, gratuity and rental fees, and cites a $35,000 typical couple spend. WeddingWire lists a $25,000 peak season and $20,000 off peak reception site fee, the same $1,800 ceremony fee, and a $35,000 peak and $30,000 off peak spend. Eventective gives a $7,500 to $75,000 per event range.
All three were fetched on 10 September 2026. None is first party. The venue's own weddings page publishes no packages, no per person rate, no minimum and no fee, just a phone number, 516.829.5493, and the enquiry form.
The one figure the three sources agree on is the $1,800 ceremony fee, which appears identically on The Knot and WeddingWire. Everything else spreads across a range wide enough to be useless for planning. Eventective's $7,500 floor cannot describe the same product as WeddingWire's $25,000 peak site fee.
The weddings page states that it is always one event at a time. That is first party, it is unambiguous, and it is the strongest thing published about how a Saturday here actually runs.
It matters more at a club than at a hall, because a club has a membership using the building on the same day. A golf outing finishing at four o'clock, a grill room full of members, a locker room with foot traffic: all of that coexists with a wedding at a lot of Nassau clubs. One event at a time addresses the private event side of it. It does not necessarily address the members. Ask what the club side of the building is doing while your cocktail hour is on the terrace.
There is a separate private golf membership operation in the same village, trading under lakesuccessgc.com and vclsgolf.com. It is not this venue. Search results mix the two, and a membership page from the golf operation attached to the wrong venue is exactly how a couple ends up believing they cannot book here.
The candidate URL circulating for this club, villageclubls.com, could not be verified as a live site. Villageclubls is the venue's Instagram handle. The verified event site is the CulinArt microsite. If you land somewhere else, you are probably on the golf club or on a dead domain.
The About page puts the Ballroom at over 300 guests with floor to ceiling windows over the lake and the golf course. The Grill Room works as a restaurant by day and an event space at night, which makes it the obvious rehearsal dinner or day after brunch room. Two terraces run indoor and outdoor over the water.
Marketplace capacity figures differ around the edges: The Knot says 300 plus, WeddingWire says 125 to 320, Eventective says 50 to 330 with a 320 maximum. Those are close enough to be the same room counted differently, unlike the pricing.
What is not published: an end time, a rain plan for the terraces, a service charge percentage, a maitre d' fee or an approved vendor list. Catering is in house through CulinArt, so an outside caterer is unlikely to be on the table, and no page says so outright. The terraces are the reason to book this venue and nobody has written down what happens to them in weather.
