They run from $24.00 per person for a coffee break to $95.00 per person for dinner, with reception packages listed at $85.00 per person. Read that carefully, because those are the general catering and meetings menus rather than a wedding package, and they exclude tax and the service charge. The hotel publishes no wedding rate at all. The Knot lists a $150 starting price, which is a different sort of number entirely.

Take both into the meeting. Ask the catering manager to price a wedding at your guest count with the bar, the tax and the service charge shown as separate lines, then compare that total against both published figures.
The Grand Ballroom runs 9,720 square feet and seats 700 for a banquet or holds 1,200 for a reception. Nothing else in this batch of venues comes close to that, and very little on Long Island does.
Below it there is a full ladder of rooms. Salons 3 and 4 combined give 5,184 square feet at 300 banquet or 400 reception. A single salon gives 2,592 square feet at 150 or 200. The Lighthouse Ballroom is 2,860 square feet at 200 either way. Chardonnay is 2,380 square feet at 125 banquet or 150 reception. The Skylight Suite is 1,661 square feet at 90 or 100.

With 18 event rooms and 28 breakout rooms, this hotel plainly runs concurrent events, and it advertises no exclusivity. If a 700 person wedding is in the Grand Ballroom, a sales conference can be in the Lighthouse and a Sweet 16 in Chardonnay on the same afternoon.
For some couples that is fine and the ballroom is genuinely private once the doors close. For others the lobby is the venue, and a shared lobby on a Saturday night is a different experience from a country club with one party in it.

Ask what else is booked on your date, and ask again a month out. Ask which configuration your contract locks, and what sits on the other side of the air wall behind your band. Nothing in the published material commits the hotel to anything on this point.
Adelphi, Hofstra, Molloy, Long Island University, Hempstead. The meeting rooms are named for the institutions around them, which is the closest thing to history the hotel publishes. There is no opening year and no building history on any Marriott page for this property.
The location does real work. The hotel sits beside Nassau Coliseum, has a 24 hour front desk, and handles guest room blocks in house, so an out of town guest list is somebody else's problem to solve.
One current caveat: the hotel posts that elevator upgrade work is under way and that guests may see brief delays. If your grandmother is on the ninth floor and the reception is downstairs, that is worth a question.
Marriott runs a dedicated weddings page for this property. It loads, and it carries no pricing, no capacity and no policy content whatsoever.
So the events page is the only first party source with anything in it, which is why every number on this page traces back to that one page. No site fee, no food and beverage minimum, no end time and no outside caterer policy is published anywhere.
All event space here is indoors, so a rain plan is not the issue it is at half the venues in this directory. That is worth something in April, and it is worth something in August too, when a tent on a lawn becomes a room with no air conditioning in it.
