Four venues carry a Woodbury address, two of them on the Fox Hollow campus. They disagree on almost everything that matters, so here it is side by side.
The Mansion at Oyster Bay states a maximum of one event at a time on its weddings page. The Somerley at Fox Hollow states one wedding at a time and a single wedding per day.
The main The Fox Hollow runs several rooms and makes no exclusivity claim. Crest Hollow Country Club makes none either, and The Knot describes up to three events in one day there.
Country club name, catering hall machine, with grounds built for photos.
All-inclusive Woodbury mainstay with an inn on the property for the out-of-towners.
A 120 acre Lessing's estate in Woodbury whose wedding menu publishes a 22% administrative fee, one of the few on Long Island that prints the number.
Four private floors and one wedding a day, with a 22% facility fee and a 100 to 120 guest minimum published on the campus FAQ.
The Fox Hollow’s own FAQ publishes a 22% facility fee on top of the per person price, with sales tax applied after. The per person rate itself is quoted on request. Crest Hollow says pricing varies; Here Comes The Guide shows $100 to $180 per person there. See what 22% and Nassau tax do to a quote.
Outside vendors split the four apart. The Mansion at Oyster Bay permits them with two certificates of insurance each, but any outside food vendor must work outside the building. The Somerley welcomes all vendors with insurance filed a week ahead. The Fox Hollow is in house catering and bar only.
Jericho, Old Bethpage, Muttontown and East Norwich sit near Woodbury. The Jericho Turnpike page compares the halls along that road.
Colonial-era inn and village that has hosted every kind of family party for generations.
A restored 19th-century village, barns, greens, and all.
Old-line private club on a Gold Coast estate; ask about sponsorship on the first call.
A 1916 Delano & Aldrich manor that says it books members and non members alike, with a $2,000 ceremony fee on WeddingWire and no per person rate anywhere.
A 133 acre East Norwich golf estate whose events are sold by an outside operator, PH Event Group, with no published membership policy anywhere.
The Mansion at Oyster Bay permits outside vendors with two certificates of insurance each, but outside food vendors must operate outside the building. Crest Hollow’s FAQ lists South Asian outside caterers on a separate page, while Here Comes The Guide says catering is in house. The Fox Hollow is in house only.
Yes. The Somerley sits on the Fox Hollow campus and shares its wedding FAQ, but its own page states one wedding at a time, which the main Fox Hollow does not.
Crest Hollow’s FAQ says 100 to more than 1,000 guests across its spaces. The Mansion at Oyster Bay says up to 500 seated and 600 cocktail style on its own site, while Wedding Spot lists a maximum of 288.
Every row above is copied from the venue’s own profile on this site, where each figure carries its source. First party means the venue’s own website or rate card. Marketplace means The Knot, WeddingWire, Zola, Wedding Spot or a similar listing, and the row names which one. Where sources disagree, both are printed. We read the sources in September 2026 and did not add, round, average or estimate anything.
We list towns only where at least three venues carry that town in their address. Every listing here is free, and no venue paid for its place or its position. Venues can correct their details here.
